College is a huge transition for everyone, but adjusting can be even more difficult for those dealing with a chronic illness. Join Sarah (of The Mindful RD) and Leah (of Connective Health Consulting) to learn the basics of approaching these changes and taking advantage of the resources available to you.
Each week will consist of a different theme in order to leave you feeling more confident in your ability to begin your life as a college student.
